All Whisperly plans include unlimited users. You'll never pay per seat. Pricing is based on legal entities not headcount. Add as many teammates as you need at no extra cost.

Yes. Many customers run both. Get in touch with our team for a custom bundle quote. We'll build a package that combines any of our products (Data Privacy, AI Governance, RFPs) with the right tier for your needs.

A legal entity is a separate subsidiary, or distinct department that requires its own compliance workspace inside Whisperly. Most standalone companies need just 1 legal entity; groups with multiple subsidiaries or regional entities will need more.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your tier, add the Vendor Assessment add-on, or bring in a new product (e.g. add RFPs to your Data Privacy plan) at any time. Pricing is pro-rated from your next billing date.

All plans are annual subscriptions. Prices shown are monthly equivalents to make comparison easy. You pay the full annual amount once per year.

Whisperly is hosted on EU servers, encrypted at rest and in transit, and includes a full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all customers. All plans include SSO (Google & Microsoft). Enterprise customers receive a custom SLA and additional security controls.
