- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, NLP, or AI engineering (or equivalent)
- Deep experience working with LLMs, transformer-based models, and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
- Strong background in building production-scale ML systems, including model serving, evaluation, and deployment
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python and experience with modern MLOps tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow, Ray, Kubernetes)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with experts from non-technical domains.

Understanding of privacy-preserving ML techniques (differential privacy, redaction, anonymization)
Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, enterprise SaaS)
Prior involvement in building platforms or developer tools
Experience architecting secure ML systems or contributing to AI safety and interpretability efforts.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation and equity package
Fully remote role with flexible working hours (US-based)
