Role Overview

Whisperly AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the US to build deep, trusted relationships with our customers and ensure their long-term success with our platform. As an early member of the CS team, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding customers, driving adoption, gathering product feedback, and maximizing the value they receive from Whisperly AI.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance, and sales teams to help customers navigate the complexities of AI governance while ensuring a seamless and proactive customer experience.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role with significant influence on retention, expansion, and product strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, deployment, and ongoing platform adoption
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, workflows, and regulatory environments to help them derive maximum value from Whisperly AI
  • Partner with customers to drive successful outcomes, reduce adoption friction, and increase platform engagement
  • Monitor customer health metrics, proactively resolve issues, and escalate internal dependencies when necessary
  • Facilitate regular business reviews, training sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions with key stakeholders
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product development and help shape future features
  • Collaborate with Sales on renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities
  • Build scalable playbooks, documentation, and processes for the Customer Success function as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS

  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing enterprise or mid-market accounts

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Experience running customer meetings, training sessions, and executive-level business reviews

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for AI, compliance, security, or enterprise governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with AI, ML, governance, cybersecurity, or compliance-oriented products
  • Previous work in a startup or early-stage environment where you helped build processes from the ground up
  • Familiarity with risk management, regulatory frameworks, or enterprise IT workflows
  • Technical aptitude, comfortable learning product architecture and troubleshooting customer issues.
